A much-discussed topic: customer-centricity. As tech-enabled MGAs focus their efforts on unleashing new personalised products into the market, join our market briefing as we explore the consumer feedback and expert insights from INSTANDA’s global thought-leadership report, and ask the question: How can MGAs fully embrace technology without diluting the very personal interaction they have with their customers?
Learning Objectives
At the end of this session, delegates will be able to:
- Explain what today’s customers are looking for from their MGA, and how the insurance industry is responding.
- Summarise the attributes of a customer-centric approach to product design and distribution.
- Outline how tech-enabled MGAs are leveraging data and utilising straight through processing to create ‘retail like’ feedback loops to better serve the customer.
- Describe how MGAs can balance the technology needs of the customer without diluting the adviser relationship.
