- Understand the Definition and Impact of Bullying & Harassment in the Workplace: Delegates will be able to define bullying and harassment, recognise different forms it may take (e.g., verbal, physical, psychological), and understand the negative impact it has on individuals and the organisation
- Identify the Role of Senior Managers in Tackling Bullying & Harassment: Senior managers will learn their key responsibilities in addressing and preventing bullying and harassment, including creating a safe and respectful work environment and leading by example
- Linking Bullying & Harassment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Senior managers will understand how fostering a culture of respect and inclusion can reduce incidents of bullying and harassment and how tackling these issues directly supports broader DEI initiatives in the workplace
