For the past 30 years, I have honed my craft in event management and events marketing, being fortunate to work extensively across many different industries, inclusive of insurance and financial services, within the UK, EMEA, Americas and AsiaPac regions.

After school, I trained as a chef, but went on to study marketing at university, whilst I worked in hospitality and events. It is true to say that the events industry found me a role in work life, rather than it being a vocational choice. Albeit that said, I wouldn’t want to be doing anything else!

Outside of work, I enjoy an active lifestyle and keeping fit. It will be no surprise to hear that I love entertaining and concentrate my eye for detail, to ensure the best participant experience and return on investment. As an antipodean, I have a natural-born love for sports, especially Rugby and follow the Queensland Reds and the Wallabies from home, but I am a die-hard Exeter Chiefs fan on UK soil.
