I have been in the insurance world for over 35 years working for some of the biggest names in the market such as Willis and Marsh, along with Canopius and MS Amlin, and most recently Towergate. My roles have been as an underwriter for various product lines as well as other technical positions, together with customer facing in a variety of management roles.

From my very first day in February 1986 my biggest buzz in the industry continues to be the words or smile of a happy customer!

Outside of insurance I live with my family in Hertfordshire and enjoy spending time with them, as well as cycling, gardening and socialising. My biggest passion has always been music and I have been greeted with three little words since I was a boy – “turn it down!”
