Davies’ technology division brings together over 150 professionals, leveraging the firm’s decades of experience and best-in-class expertise in helping clients transform customer interactions through digital transformation, CX technology, AI and intelligent automation.

They will have access to verification checks at the click of a button to ensure regulatory compliance, as well as access to Davies’ comprehensive suite of claims management technology.
The division’s range of customer & employee experience technology includes automated surveys, feedback forms, mood trackers and a social media listening tool. The firm’s new division will also offer tailored operational and consulting services to digital and technology transformation projects.

In March 2021 Davies announced that BC Partners had signed a definitive deal to take a majority stake in the business, to support Davies next phase of international expansion and continued digital transformation. The BC deal closed early in August, following receipt of regulatory approvals.
