Join us for this insightful session: On an annual basis, the governing body of a regulated firm is expected to review and approve an assessment of progress with Consumer Duty; principally to evidence whether the firm is delivering good outcomes to customers. The first of these reports must be prepared and discussed by a firm’s governing body before 31st July 2024. Our webinar will focus on the requirements of the report, as well as the latest Consumer Duty developments and areas of focus for the FCA.

About the Presenters

Helen DeanHead of Intermediary Consultancy North, ICS

Helen has over 20 years in the insurance market, starting out in general insurance broking, progressing to training and compliance, eventually moving to consultancy in 2012, initially with UKGI Limited and latterly since 2020, ICS. Helen manages her own client portfolio, as well as a team of consultants and technical services. 

Elly Miller – Technical Consultant, ICS

Elly began working in financial services in 2009, after joining Aviva, before moving on to working for an independent pension provider, where she got her initial introduction to compliance. In 2016, she moved back to Insurance, working for an AR Network, before moving into Broking and in autumn 2022 Elly joined ICS, managing her own client portfolio and providing technical support.
