Alison is a partner in the London commercial team of Mills & Reeve, specialising in IT/BP outsourcing, procurement, IT transformation and renegotiation projects.

Alison advises on all aspects of technology and commercial projects, supporting clients with the contracting process from end to end: strategy and procurement stages, drafting documentation, change management, re-negotiations, and ongoing lifetime support. These projects usually involve business critical systems and services where maintenance of performance is a key priority for clients.
