Christy Chisholm
A focused and driven leader with over 18 years experience across the Banking and Insurance Industries. In more recent years, leading Sales and Support teams within the Insurance Premium Finance Market at Premium Credit.
Christy’s experience ranges from Branch Network Sales, Operational Excellence, Service Design, Global & Commercial Insurance, Commercial Claims & Underwriting process management.
Acting as a change enabler, specialising in process improvements for multiple P&L’s to drive bottom line benefits and track tangible outcomes. Collaborating through innovation / solution workshops with Internal and external teams, streamlining processes, creating capacity, keeping business engagement at the heart to enable change.
She takes pride in building lasting relationships with Partners, Stakeholders and peers within the business. She has tenacity and resilience when executing change, regularly communicating and reporting to Stakeholders at Exco & Board level.
Mark Coffey
Mark has extensive experience in the Insurance industry having started his career with Zurich Insurance in Underwriting . Since then , he has held a variety of Senior distribution and development focussed roles largely in the personal lines market. Mark went onto join RSA in 2011 where he was Director of personal lines and when RSA bought Oak Underwriting he became Managing Director, carrying out a dual role. . Mark joined Atlanta (Retail arm of Ardonagh) in 2018 as Trading Director for Home , Car and Commercial vehicle before joining Premium Credit in Oct 22.
Emma Pickering
Emma joined Premium Credit in August 2017, after spending nearly 12 years in regulated businesses, which range from banking to insurance. She’s used her extensive industry and finance knowledge to provide training consultancy to our partners, and has successfully built and delivered bespoke support for systems and offering finance amongst a variety of CPD accredited training courses. These courses cover a plethora of topics, from how the brain works to customer-focused behaviours. Emma leads PCL Partner L&D team to deliver bespoke and impactful training courses to all of our partners across the UK and Ireland.
