Ian Mercer
Originally an electronics engineer for 10 years, with a brief interlude teaching science and IT, I then ran a training department which led to a Masters in the psychology and sociology of people and organisations, followed by the award of Accredited Executive Coach by the Association for Coaching.
All of this gave me a wealth of knowledge in group dynamics and personal behaviours that has helped me to understand and explore organisations, teams and individuals.
For over 10 years, I have brought Executive Coaching to organisations large and small, charity, public and private including MGAs and insurance brokers.
