This session is to help members understand the importance of Consumer Duty and the emphasis this has on the importance of ensuring positive outcomes for consumers, a goal that Management Information (MI) is crucial in achieving. Through the strategic analysis of MI, firms can align their practices with the principles of Consumer Duty, enhancing transparency and trust. The second part of the Insights will be an engaged discussion around the operational challenges people in attendance have been facing, whether others have faced similar issues and how they overcame them.

By the end of the session, delegates will be able to:

  • Describe the concept and importance of MI in the context of Consumer Duty and how MI can identify operational issues like barriers in MTAs and cancellations

Suneeta Padda is the dynamic founder of Padda Consulting and more recently Ever Comply, boasting over a decade of unparalleled expertise in the insurance sector. Recently, she has been instrumental in regulatory engagements with a prominent GI Motor and Home insurer. Holding distinguished senior roles at firms such as Howden Broking Group, XL Catlin, and Lloyd’s, Suneeta’s pragmatic approach to compliance has always been rooted in a deep understanding of both business and regulatory landscapes.

Benoit leads the delivery of the operational, digital and IT services that the firm provides. An experienced senior leader with over 20 years’ experience in diverse roles including management consulting, for the Corporation of Lloyd’s and with various London Market firms. He has delivered large transformation programmes covering a range of subjects that include digital transformation, the use of robotics in insurance, target operating models, operational resilience, offshoring and service management as well as being intricately involved with the Lloyd’s operations across the EMEA region in the ‘Brexit’ era.
