Mia Constable joined e2e in 2018, bringing with her over 15 years’ experience in the insurance industry.  Her knowledge base encompasses the broker community, insurers, MGAs and claims management companies.  Mia fully understands the insurance journey, including product proposition, customer acquisition, customer service and retention, claims operations and total loss considerations; all underpinned by the latest regulatory compliance requirements.  Mia joined e2e having identified the market opportunity represented by reclaimed parts and has been working with clients to help promote and adopt their use to reduce motor claims costs, shorten life cycle, improve customer experience and boost sustainability.

Chris Hulls brings extensive parts & repair knowledge coupled with operational and systems experience having spent 20+ years in the automotive aftermarket supporting work providers and their associated repair networks. Chris has been a leading voice in the promotion & adoption of reclaimed parts to the insurer repair markets and continues to promote the benefits of a circular model when a client aligns their salvage vehicles and repair network to both face into the same supplier. Chris’s experience and insight have been pivotal in the creation, integration and implementation of online, automated, reclaimed parts procurement platforms.
