About the speakers

Gary De Groot – Sales and Marketing Director for Innovation Group
Gary joined the business in 2019 and is Business Development Director at Innovation Group. He has worked his whole career in claims, having performed a number of roles across Claims Handling, Account Management and Sales.

Gary has worked alongside some of the UK’s largest motor and property MGAs and has detailed insight into what makes many of them so successful.

Kate Goodwin – Networks and Engineering Director for Innovation Group
Kate has worked in the crash repair arena for 25 years, with both direct experience of working within a number of the UK’s leading repair groups and setting up and managing multiple repair networks.

Kate joined in 2018 and oversees the UK’s vehicle repair networks (private car, HGV, FastTrack) along with the internal engineering and audit functions, supported by a management team who between them have over 80 years’ experience in the industry. The team is committed to leading a network built on strong relationships, supported by simple processes and who deliver the right repair at the right price.

James Gatti – Motor Commercial Director for Innovation Group
James has worked in the Accident repair industry for 28 years creating and managing approved repairer networks, running operations and managing Key accounts. He draws on this extensive experience in his current role to create business solutions, drive profitability and create value for the UK business and its extensive book of clients.
