35

23/02/2023 | Charles Taylor's Office, The Minster Building, 21 Mincing Lane, London, EC3R 7AG.

Imposter Syndrome affects many of us, in both our personal and professional lives. The session aims to define what Imposter Syndrome is, the symptoms of this hidden issue and methods you can utilise to navigate through your own Imposter Syndrome.

We are thrilled to have the panel chaired by Amber Allan, Head of Learning and Development at Stewarts.

Amber has been a specialist in people development for over 30 years, she has held several director-level L&D roles in global organisations and ran her own training consultancy for thirteen years, specialising in women’s leadership development and communication skills.

In 2022 Amber joined Stewarts, the UK’s largest disputes specialist law firm advising exclusively on high-value and complex disputes, both domestic and international. As Stewarts’ Head of L&D she has responsibility for the development of high performing, successful people, all of whom have interesting career stories.
