The briefing will introduce delegates to what is possible in the restoration of property and contents for Private Client Policyholders and how this varies from more standard claims. Using case studies that will demonstrate how and why contents should be restored, delegates will understand the implications of decisions taken (or not) in the claims process. In addition to this the briefing will inform delegates on the importance of speed of response, minimising secondary damage and taking informed decisions.
