Research from McKinsey shows how the Covid-19 pandemic has dramatically accelerated technology adaption in businesses, suggesting that the change to remote working happened 40x faster than pre-pandemic assumptions.
The insurance market traditionally has relied on relationships and close contact, a year on from lockdown and our working practices have changed almost beyond recognition, but there’s far more to the future of the insurance market than simply business-as-usual and working from home. Successful businesses are those that have adapted to digital working practices, embraced technology and empowered their workforce.
