Oliver Venables – Strategic Accounts at Charles Taylor InsureTech
Olly Venables started with CTI in 2019 and his current role in Strategic Accounts gives him exposure to multiple different insurance markets on a day to day basis. Having spent more than 18 years in the insurance and banking sectors his previously held roles include: – International IT Delivery Manager, Head of Business Applications & Business Solution Architect. Olly’s primary focus at CTI is to understand and advise Clients on the way in which CTI’s solutions can create business benefit through digital transformations. He has successfully implemented and overseen numerous projects both in London and Globally that span the whole insurance lifecycle from Quote and Bind to Reinsurance management.


Gary Bullock – Head of Broker & Underwriting Services
Gary has been in the (Re) Insurance London market for over 40 years. Started out in the Broker arena before moving into the Underwriting side of things, predominantly within the delegated authority space. Through M&A Gary has been with CT since 1999 and has managed all types of back office services from MGA/Broker start-ups through to (Re) Insurance managed Run-off.


Waleed Sarwar – Founder & CEO of CoVi Analytics
Waleed is a risk and compliance professional from a consulting background with 15+ years of hands-on experience across the insurance sector. Currently, Waleed heads up CoVi Analytics (part of Charles Taylor group), a technology company delivering productivity solutions for regulated firms to help them achieve operational efficiencies.
Prior to CoVi Analytics, Waleed has worked with most Tier 1 insurers including Prudential, Aviva, Bupa, AIG, L&G and the Lloyd’s Corporation. Waleed also spent time at the UK regulator (Prudential Regulation Authority – PRA) as a policy advisor where he represented UK’s position at EIOPA on Solvency II rules for insurance groups.
