Gary De Groot – Growth Director (Host)
Gary joined the business in 2019 and is Growth Director at Innovation Group. He has worked his whole career in claims, having performed a number of roles across Claims Handling, Account Management and Sales.
Gary has worked alongside some of the UK’s largest motor and property MGAs and has detailed insight into what makes many of them so successful.
James Gatti – Motor Commercial Director
James has worked in the Accident repair industry for 29 years creating and managing approved repairer networks, running operations and managing Key accounts. He draws on this extensive experience in his current role to create business solutions, drive profitability and create value for the UK business and its extensive book of clients.
Cath Hulme – Operations Director, Motor
Cath joined Innovation Group in 2020 and is Operations Director for Motor. Cath has over 25 years insurance industry experience in all aspects of end-to-end claims management and a proven track record for transformational change both operationally and across supply chains. She is a champion for mental health and supports this through being a Wellbeing Supporter for The Insurance Institute of Manchester.
David Cooper – Head of Network and Engineering
David has over 30 years’ experience in accident management covering the insurance and fleet sectors. Rooted in engineering, developing into supply chain management and then “head of” function roles supplemented by a period in a global category management role in the defence industry.
