A year ago, it was unclear how our members would fare through the economic impact of the pandemic and it has been very encouraging to see how the MGA community was able to adjust quickly to meet the rapidly changing environment.
Over the past 12 months we have increased membership across all tiers, hosted a number of successful virtual events and continued our relentless approach to learning and education through a comprehensive programme of market briefings.
Some headline achievements of the year are;
- New executive team appointed
- 55 online market briefings held
- Independent member survey carried out
- 22% increase in our membership base across all tiers
