About the speaker


Louise Johnson, Director of Product Management
Louise Johnson is Director, Product Management for LexisNexis Risk Solutions, UK&I. She joined LexisNexis Risk Solutions in October 2016 through the acquisition of Insurance Initiatives Limited (IIL) and heads up the Product Management team focused on the Informed Quotes platform, which streamlines the delivery of data enrichment into the insurance market, including at point of quote. Her team also works with third party vendors to provide a wide range of innovative and insightful data sets.
Prior to LexisNexis, the majority of Louise’s experience was gained in client delivery, consultancy and product roles with Experian and Equifax.


Claire Williams, Commercial Account Manager
Claire Williams joined LexisNexis Risk Solutions in May 2020 as Account Manager, UK&I, focused on looking after Commercial insurance clients.

Claire is a chartered insurer with over 15 years of industry experience. Beginning her insurance career in broking, Claire gained experience fast, obtaining a DA licence to write motor trade business on a profitable scheme. She soon secured a technical underwriting licence with Aviva as Bonus Account Executive based on the trading floor of a large brokerage writing complex risks. Most recently, prior to joining LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Claire was E-Trading Manager for RSA in the Commercial lines business helping to drive success across a new landscape of digital disruption.

Within the Sales team, Clare brings a bank of knowledge about the Commercial insurance market, sector expertise and software house experience. After successfully driving adoption and simplifying the e-trading journey from both the broker and insurer aspects, she brings deep insight to our Commercial lines focus.
